Classic, classic film. Anybody into bodybuilding/strength training needs to see this. I think anybody could watch this and just appreciate it for an insightinto the culture anyway, plus Arnold is mad entertaining throughout.

the part when ferrigno was doing the the power cleans or overhead press ( i cant remember what he was doing) and his dad just kept tellign him to keep goingtill failure really motivated me for some reason..%%*% was intense
