Now let's see this from a public relations point of view. Drake had to address that blackface picture in a statement. Considering the climate right now and how this is not accepted anymore, he had to or home boy was risking his endorsements, business, fans, etc. They tried to play the card of how they were trying to show racism in the film industry...I am not buying it. How does this make sense? Something is fishy. He was also wearing a Jim Crow T shirt looking thing. Someone needs to dig up the real truth.
Damage control. Now his sources to TMZ are being vague and saying he's been paying for the child despite how he's not 100% sure it's his. No you are sure it's yours. That's why you are paying. Hush money. You just want to keep up the clean image that's been working for your marketing. His people and record label must be going in crisis mode right now. This is a very hard hit to his brand.

Reading that Instagram "press" release you can almost see that Drake has started to cover his tracks in case he falls back or he can't hit Push the same way he did. He has press and publicity people around him that are far more concerned about his public image, endorsements, etc then what the hip hop community thinks if he gets smoked in a lyrical rap beef.

I think he thought Duppy was a KO and Push would respond but it wouldn't be good enough. Duppy was real good though but not enough. No way did he imagine or fans imagine social media turning on him.

man i just finally gave Push's album a listen & yall really wasnt kidding... this album is ******* FIRE. it being 7 songs doesn't bother me.. that's just 2 songs less than Illmatic.
Album/EP/whateva u wanna call it on repeat.. THAT flow on Come Back Baby is ridiculous...... addictive... Heron flow. Wow.
