i dont disagree with this. but my argument is more for the project itself and the message its "supposedly" sending rather than drakes involvement in it.frenchbreadbuilds I hate to break it to you, because I know you’re really trying to make an argument for Drake, but that statement he released was written by a PR firm. It’s straight from the playbook and while it has some truth to it, it clearly has a PR firm fingerprint all over it. You may ask yourself, how I can be so sure? Let’s just say I have first hand experience with these tactics.
again im not even saying that drake is about the black activism life. he could be furthest thing from it. what im saying is because drake probably had little to nothing to do with setting it up and the vision the person that came up with it had, him being a part doesnt make the project or the message anyless valid. cause if we replaced aubrey with gambino wed be talking about how deep the symbolism is.So Instead He Switched It Up To Be More Popular Than Right? Push Said Gotta Cut The Head Off The SnakeBut Keep In Mind, Does/Did Drake Even See Himself As A Black Man? What Is This Phantom Project No One Knows About? & Why Are You Scrambling To Fill In The Blanks? Drake Said What He Said
i guess my issue has less to do with drake, and more to do with a project that could have had good intentions is getting its message lost in the drama. thats all assuming that what ive seen is true and drake didnt just set this up with some racist buddies.
