and you'll ignore that franchises has ways to maneuver the cap regardless of the top players percentage but they are CHEAP and refuse to do it
but EYE give up you win the battle sir
*waves white flag*
No battle, just us BSing like DSA said.
I've said plenty, there's sooooo much context to it all. But look at all sides, know what you don't see?
The #1 QB draft pick, with the highest QB salary winning the SB.
John Elway won......when he wasn't even the MVP of his own offense.
Eli Manning.....do I need to say anything here?
Peyton won......his literal worst postseason that year, against Rex Grossman.
When he had 55 TD's and the #1 offense in history he lost by 5 TD's to a 2nd year hand off QB.
Baby Russ, Baby Ben, Baby Brady all won handing off with elite defenses.
Russ, Ben, Brady all grew up to be MUCH better QB's and the winning stopped. (Until Brady got much older/cheaper ala Elway)
Where are the Peak 26-27-28-29 year old, Top 5 draft pick, SB winners? Troy Aikman? Him and 47 other first round picks?
There's been sooooooooooooo many Top 5 QB draft picks, where are the titles that allegedly follow since "you have to have a QB"?
This year:
Burrow, a Bengal (good luck there) rookie deal
Stafford, traded #1, never did **** in Det.
Rodgers, dropped to 24, 38 years old.
Brady, 6th round, 2nd team, 44.
Jimmy G. Already cost SF one title.
Tannehill. (You all better pray he don't win)
Mahomes v Allen, one of these is out. 10 and 7. Both on rookie deals THIS year, we'll see what their futures hold next year and beyond.
