Yes.
I remember back in 1999, my cousin was with his dad in a business trip to China. He was telling me he saw Qiaodan (pronounced Jiao/Ciao/Chow Dan... rhymes with Jordan) literally selling Jordan 11 and 12 reps but with their logo lol. The funny thing was, the price was almost the same as an authentic Jordan back then.
