How is the sizing on these? Im 11 on kobes
And how is the quality?

They're true to size, the quality is pretty good but you might get paint cracking on the midsole after a dozen or so wears.

I recommend getting those Spenco polysorb cross trainer insoles.  I picked some up at my local Foot Action for $25, but you can find them for like $16 on eBay, buy it now (I don't think there is a shipping fee).  A good amount of the 2011 BC3's have terrible paint chipping and mid sole cracking flaws.  These insoles help with that a ton.  BC3's aren't too bad on the feet anyway, but these insoles are super comfortable too.  I'm glad I picked them up, stopped the cracking immediately.  Mine fit TTS too.
