Question about AT&T U-verse

I"m making the switch to AT&T U-verse from Time Warner.

Any of you have their service and how do you like it? All comments and suggestions are welcome.

Think of it as going from a base model Honda Civic to a full loaded Benz or Bimmer.  You will NOT regret it.

Trust me, I made the same switch and haven't looked back since.

For U200, 3mbps internet, and phone with 3 boxes my parents pay around $150/month

OnDemand is horrible, HD picture is not what's up, internet speeds are slow unless you opt for the higher package, and it seems like every channel I wanna watch is in U300.

All that said, the wireless is built into the modem which is nice, and the DVR is cool to watch in all rooms. Both of which Comcast offers

UVerse is pretty sick. Like the PIP when scrolling through channels and how every box can turn into a DVR.

You're getting robbed, thats what I pay for U300, 12mbps, unlimited phone, and 5 boxes.

there's no way man. Base price on that package is $200+ and with their 6 month promos or whatever it's like $161. Maybe pricing is different in different states.

I'm not getting robbed though, my parents are. They're loyal though and I can respect that

We are on the U300 plan with 4 boxes, unlimited phone, and 12MB DSL U-Verse plan and yeah we are paying about $165 because we also got the filipino channel.

NFL Red Zone channel is dope also when Football season is on.

Internet has been blazin & stable with download speeds.

i just got rid of Uverse. Their wifi sucked. Every time I called, they told me it was my computer was inop. I paid $105 with a 25 disco. I got tired getting the long stroke. I was one of the first customers when it was cheaper. I moved and they made me send all my stuff in and had to start over like i was a new customer.

Totally forgot about this thread.

So far, totally worth it. We got the U450 w/HD services and internet at 12mbps for $110/month with my company's discount (also got a $100 or was it $200 Visa gift card). got 2 HD DVR's for our 2 flat screens. I like the services so far. I also like the fact I have the control of my recordings at the palm of my hand, well iPhone.

I don't have U-Verse, but I've heard that the HD picture quality is sub-par.
