I pulled up behind a guy in a back ally. Bot of us were turning onto a main road.
He realized he pulled up too far and pedestrians wanted to cross, so he puts it in reverse and backs up.
I was pulled up to him pretty close.. maybe 8" away from him.
As he backed up he bumped into my front end.
WHOS FAULT???
He turned left and crossed 6 lanes of traffic to pull over.. I'd be waiting for ten mins just to get over to where he was, so I said eff it and proceeded. I didn't check it out but the damage on my car wouldn't be bad enough for me to bother with insurance etc... but now I'm starting to think what if he took my plate and called me in as a hit and run!
