Question about job screening process.

Got an email today saying that their moving forward to the interview stage with me.

I had to complete a screening evaluation and interview booking in which they sent me a link. Only problem is my computer crashed while I was filling out the form and it said in the email that it would only be a one shot thing so when I tried to open the link again it wouldn't let me access the page.

I tried emailing them back telling them my situation and emailing me the link again but no response.

Question is am I totally screwed now? I'm kind of freaking out because it says in the email incomplete applications will be rejected

I'm assuming they can email me another link since it said I have until the 10th.

Call them ASAP. Especially if it's a large company their HR department isn't going to see it in time so you'll definitely be screwed. If they hear from you directly then they can take action and send you another link.

Call them. The same thing happened to me when I interviewed for a firm and had to take their IQ test, and they were really helpful and sent me over another link to the exam. It happens more often than you think, they won't use it as a reason to reject you or anything.

Thats very relieving to hear. I was really scared about missing this opportunity and about to throw my computer out the window.
