To answer your question, there has been talk about Nike Air making a return to the shoes that it was originally on, but I don't have any info on the matter.

nealraj006 you beat me to it...but yeah i heard that Gentry wants the retros to be a little different from the OGs but i think that as long as we get some OGcolors like the carmines we shouldnt really complain much...i know it sucks that the shoe isnt exactly like original but it kinda takes away from the realorignal shoes if they are...if i had an OG pair of playoff 8s it would make me feel much better that the heel tab of the retro 8s is black instead ofred....that makes sense???
