Question about New Era on the field Fitted (Cool-Base)

Im just getting into the fitted game and I was wondering if there was a difference between the mlb fitteds with the cool-base sticker and the ones that don't? I think both are the "on the field" type of fitted cause they both don't have the new logo on the side of the hat. Are the ones without the cool base not the "official" ones the players wear?

The on fields do not have the New Era logo on the side, that is a for sure sign it is an on field. And I think the cool base thing is just a gimmick. All of the on field hats are made of polyester, not wool. I prefer the non on fields because they fit more comfortable. I also try to stay away from polyester, and to answer your question I think all the hats now say "cool base" so yes it is the official one. The ones that don't have cool base were the official ones.
