Question about OG Jays

is it safe to buy deadstock OG jordans and actually wear them ? i ask because im thinking about coping the OG 1996 taxi 12's but i would hate to wear them and they js fall apart . let me know yall opinions .

It depends on the condition of the particular shoe. But original XIIs are usually considered to be the most durable Jordans ever made, so it's probably okay.

Or you could buy a relatively cheap DS pair of 2008 retros to wear and keep the OGs for collector's purposes.

You should be fine with 12s, they're not going to crumble or anything but you need to watch out for sole separation especially around the toes.

you should be good, sole sepration might happen but aside from that OG's after the X's all hold up the cracking midsoles
