Question about old rap video, with obscure description.

I know this is going to sound really weird but please bare with me I don't know who else to ask. I remember seeing this rap video back in the day I'mpretty sure it was a group and not a solo artist but anyway. The only thing that I remember about the video is that there was this guy and he was trying toholla at all the shorties in the video but he was like this bama and there is this one point where it looks like he's drivin' around and he tries toholla at this one shorty and she blows him off but when the camera pans out he is really just sittin in the middle of the street holding up a car door

I've been thinkin' bout this video for like the past 2 weeks and none ofmy friends seem to remember it, probably because I have such a vague description. Anyway the $%^! has been bothering me all this time so can someone pleasehelp and tell me the name of the song and who performs it. Thanks in advance and sorry for such a sorry description.
