Question about purchasing a website

So the domain I want for my website is taken. but the person doesn't even use it

Here are the stats
Expiration Date: 2011-09-13
Creation Date: 2010-09-13
Last Update Date: 2010-11-18

So since it expires tomorrow, does that mean if they don't renew it at midnight tomorrow night I can purchase it? #PleaseRespond

No clue, but if you're serious I think those domain sites can 'auto buy' for you

contact the hosting site that hosts the domain and ask them. They should be able to to tell you.
