I purchased a pair of tickets off of stubhub for an event, just received them in the mail and they are printed from a printer. Is there anyway I can get ticket master to issue me actual physical tickets?

Do the tickets you received in the mail have a bar-code on them? If so, you should be good. Surprised you received them in the mail though, they sent mine through email and I printed them that way.

On the site it said they'd be mailed and they weren't electronic tickets... so I assumed they'd be physical tickets. I emailed ticket master so I'll see what I can do. I had paper tickets...

I doubt they'll do anything because what you have still count as tickets and will get you into the event. Same thing happened to me when I bought My Chemical Romance tickets from stubhub. Because the original buyer bought them electronically, that's what you get. I thought I was getting the thicker paper tickets too because I prefer those. As long as the barcode works and I get in though, I'm not concerned.

I just sold some tickets the same way too, but I did the electronic download.
