Question about time zones...

to people that live near time zone borders what is it like? how is the commute between different timezones? are meetings, dates, timed events etc. difficult to manage? im sure you get used to it but isn't it annoying?

I have a feeling this only affects a small percentage of people....otherwise, I can't imagine it being too difficult to acclimate to.

There's math involved in the time conversion (usually +1 or -1) but most people figure it out eventually.  Get at me if you need a cheat sheet.
