Question About Tissue/Wrap Paper

I bought a pair of OG Storm from stockX and the tissue has no logos or designs on them.

All my other pairs came with some kind of logo or "23" and felt premium.

Release date is 12/23/2016.

Any thoughts or insight on this?

Like, Storm Blue Jordan 1s? The insert paper for Jordan 1s usually doesn't have any graphics on them.
