Has anyone ever experienced "Undeliverable as Addressed "?

I was tracking an item I sold to make sure it got to the location then this showed up while looking up the tracking number.

I'm pretty sure I wrote everything correct, I'm kinda worried :\.

It's being to shipped to an apartment if that matters.

Had it h appen a few times. You either forgot the apt number or didnt write it properly. It will come back to you.

Happened to me a few weeks ago with Finishline. It originally was being shipped via UPS, then UPS transferred it to USPS to my local post office. I see the "Undeliverable as Addressed and call the post office. Lady gives me some BS line about fussing out the driver and my package was already shipped back.  Later that evening the postman drops off the box.
