IMO out of all asian cuisines, Chinese are the most likely to be Americanized. Face it, the average Americans can't do traditional Chinese. My friends can't do any of that "weird ingredients".
But to answer your question, I have always caught the workers eating their own packed foods, if not they whip up something completely different. Which is why my companies always ask me why the workers chose to eat less appealing foods.
Chinese is still the way to go tho! Lately I been on Thai and Korean heavy. Lets not forget all the delicious Japanese dishes too....but Viet food? Oh yeaaaaa!
