Im from Brooklyn, and got a speeding ticket on 8/20. I was caught going 70 in 50. The officer told me I have 15 days to pay the fine.

Now this is my first ticket so I'm confused, I'm trying to pay for this online at the webiste on the ticket (nysdmv.com/eplead.htm). I entered all my info and the ticket isn't coming up...
Did the officer mess up or am I doing something wrong? Is there a number I can call to get this thing paid?

I had a similar situation and could not find info online, so i was like %#@% it, then they mailed me a bill that was double what i would have had to pay, so just pay it on time

Just go downtown and try and fight the ticket. Most of the time you can get a reduced penalty

off topic, i was tryna pm you about that maxima but for some reason it wouldnt let me, can u email me? info below

If you enter the ticket # and it doesn't show up, it's usually because the ticket hasn't been entered into their system. When it happened to me I just signed up for them to notify me when it was entered into the system, which took more then 15 days. I guess as long as you show them that you try to pay it the 15 days doesn't matter.

You can't pay moving violations online. Only parking tickets ...

You might want to spend sometime to see a judge and say you guilty but you don't want any points taken. Sometimes they send you to school, well worth it if its not going to increase your premium.
