Question re: BOTs (NOT SNEAKER RELATED)

So my wife does spin class. The gym has a website that opens at a certain time so you can go on and reserve your spin bike. The problem is that she keeps getting shut out so I had the idea of getting a BOT that can go in and reserve the same bike for her every time.

Problem is I don't know anything about computers. Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to get something like this made?
