Question regarding unemployment benefits.

Last time I filed on a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago and I was paid out 2 days later.This past Sunday I filed and still havent been issued a payment and its Friday already. How long does it take? Does it always vary?Im in California.

you might have made a mistake on your claim form it happened to me . they should send u a new form . also you can do it online now and you dont have to waste $ on stamps and its much faster .

California is terrible. I've waited up to 3 weeks before only to find out that I missed something on the application and needed to fill it out again.Your best bet may be to just email them. You'll likely get a response back within 2 days. Calling is futile trying to get through that call tree. I called it at least a dozen times while I was unemployed and still couldn't find the right line for the issues I had.

yeah dont bother calling you will never get through email them or just wait for the duplicate claim form

Well its only been 5 days. So i'll give it another 5 then contact them.
