question with apple video chat

i figured this is easier to post a question, rather then in the whole apple thread.
the problem is that i can video chat sometimes with some people and then another time it is just a connection problem with another person. at home it doesnt work with this person but at school its fine. i was hoping someone could try and help me. it would be appreciated.

anyone have this problem? skype is too choppy and im going to try oovoo? anyone ever use these?

add appleu3test01, appleu3test02, appleu3test03, appleu3test04, or appleu3test05. these are our test ichat accounts, you can video chat with them (it will just play some apple commercial). whoever cant video chat with them is the problem.
