Has anyone ever seen the website http://www.quibids.com/ ? I saw the commercial and was wondering if anyone has ever bought anything from there and if its legit. Seems too good to be true. lol

It is legit. I won some things when they first launched.
It doesn't seem legit because of the price but once you get how the penny auction sites works
you'll see that even though they sell for really cheap they make a whole lot more than the retail price.
Bids go up by .01 or .02 cents. To bid you have to buy bids, each bid is .60cents (dont know if it still is)
Do the math, it adds up.

I know a guy who used to use it. This is basically what will happen to you: You can get less desired items for prices that are steals but when it comes to stuff like MacBooks, iPads, Beats, etc, the item will end up going for slightly less than the retail price because everyone is going to be on it bidding trying to be that guy who gets it for the steal and the price will just keep going up until it reaches there. If you wanted something like that your best bet would have been to get in early when the site just started up. Then theres the cost of bidding and all the other stuff.
Its not a scam though, just don't get your hopes up. Not trying to be negative either, just wouldn't want to see you waste your money

I know but even if you buy $40 worth of bids thats 66 bids you can do. and you purchase something for cheap like beats by dre for a $1 its def worth it though. Gonna try it out tonight and see how it goes.
