Hey NT, I just got my ear lobes pierced just a bit over 2 weeks ago, and they said not to switch the studs out until after 4 weeks. My friend said he did itafter 3 weeks and it was fine, but would it be fine if i switched them now? approx 2.25 weeks... thanks

i think they're supposed to be in for 6 weeks so i don't recommend taking it out

I switched mine the same day...

Just make sure your hands are clean and rub rubbing alcohol on your ear when finished

Its a risk because the holes might close but everybody is different.

I took mine out about 2.5 weeks also, my right ear hole closed instantly.

I suggest that you get someone else to put it through for you so its a quick transition and of course be sure they have clean hands...btw I got the broad thatpierced my ears to change it out for me

i took mine out after lke 3-4 weeks

but the first time i got them pierced i took them out 2 days after and they closed right away

Come on doggy you really can't wait another week? You get Laffy Taffy pink studs or something?

i switched my earring the very next day after i pierced it haha. just make sure you clean it with alcohol, twist the stud every so often, etc..

you could if youre careful

but honestly id just wait it out. its not worth it if you put somethin dirty in there and infect it

or if it closes and you gotta get it pierced all over again.

as long as you put in another earring right away, it wont harm you.
keep ya hands clean when you doin it and clean em everyday too, dont want it to get infected and you gotta take em out

i pierced my own ear, and changed to a regular earring after like 3 weeks, then when i went to change again after another 3 weeks, i couldn't get it in, itclosed.

just wait another week or two.

the safe thing to do is to just wait, but if you do it quickly and safely you should be alright.

I've had mine on for as long as I can remember

. I'm thinking of changing up my 3rd piercing though, but I don't know what to put on it.

i guess i waited too long...probably waited like 2 months lol. not that i was being ultra cautious, i just got lazy. make sure you don't use a ultra thinearring though, because the hole will shrink to that size and when you try to put in something that's even slightly thicker it won't go in.

iv done it after 2 weeks.. make sure you do it fast tho... dont forget to clean the earing

I've had mine in for about 3 weeks, took them out for a good 6 hours for this Business thing at my school. They didn't close up, my left earring waskinda tough to put back in tho.
