quick ebay question

so i always sell stuff BUY IT NOW, i put a few games for sale yesterday but i forgot to click "immediate payment required when buy it now" and someone grabbed my nba2k11 hasnt payed i fixed my other items...if he takes long to pay how i do i relist the item without getting charged fees for having someone buy it now twice?

If the first transaction is cancelled, you'll get your final sale value % credited back to your account. However, I don't think you'll get back the BIN listing fees. Just make sure to cancel the first before selling it twice.
