Quick iPhone help please.. (unlocking)

Just got one..

Was wondering if there was any easy way for me to UNLOCK my iPhone myself so that i could use aT-Mobile sim.
really dont feel like paying someone off of craigslist $25 to do it

its a 3GS if that even matters..

pwnage tool is only for macs

btw check your serial number, i believe if the 4th and 5th digit of the serial number is above 37, you cannot jailbreak it the normal way

it has to be a tethered jailbreak

Good lookin out y'all.. I got a new question now, i restored the iPhone back to factory settingsand now its stuck at the activation screen.. Anyway for me to Jailbreak/unlock it from here with no sim in it?
