Quick Photoshop Request

Simple PS request, I'm thinking about getting the lower section of the bumper between the two fogs painted black to match the grille. Can someone plz PS that for me? It would take about 2 secs probably, I just dont have MS paint or any other software to do it myself. Thx

when will they learn. I needed something ps'ed, but it ain't NO way I'm askin NT. They'll spend 3 hours doing something crazy instead of 3 minutes doing what the person asked for.
