What does "I'm the osirus of this S*** right now mean?"

and what does "All see'n eye, my eyes seen it all mean?" Just wanted to see what some of this stuff means. And did dude really perform with that all see'n eye tshirt when he performed that Lose my mind remix?

He wants money (C.R.E.A.M.)... Then Osiris was 1 of ODB's nicknames & when he say's ODB's line, to me it just seems like he's quoting him... Then when he goes on to say the 3rd bar, it seems like he's just saying he's the king/God of green (money) since Osiris is green skinned.
