Ive decided that I want to barback on the weekends at bars intown when school starts back up next week. My question is what all common bartender/barback knowledge (besides different drinks) would I need to know before I go in and start applying and hopefully get interviews. Also, what is the interview process like & should I bring in a regular resume?
