I've tried looking this up but haven't found any reliable information. Is a person under 21 allowed to sell alcohol? At a grocery store like Luckys or Walgreens lets say. My job low key depends on it lol. Any info or links is appreciated.

I don't have anything to back it up, but I know my friend from high school helps run his dad's grocery store and he can sell alcohol just as long as he cards.

I work at CVS. I'm under 21. I can ring them up, but i need to ask for ID if they look under 27.

at a grocery store you have to be 21 to sell alchohal, might be illinois law tho

I'm pretty sure here in MA you can sell/serve alcohol at the age of 18.

Worked at Longs Drugs (b4 it became CVS). You had to be 18 to sell.

18 to sell bottled. 21 to serve tap/bartend. That's CA. Hollaaaaa

Is there a site where I can see this info at? To print out a copy and show my supervisors. They're not very well informed people.

I think so, but not too sure. I know when I was a server at a sushi place, I was allowed to serve the alcohol to the customers.
