Quick, Simple PS Request (Please help)

Im looking to make this a wallpaper and hopin someone could post up two things, if possible, with this image:
1) Completely inverted color image so the back ground white minus the Air Jordan at the bottom
and
2) Have the girl cropped and put on a white or very light greyish background.
