Got burned on a pair of gamma blue 11s from this guy for $350 he sells grade a replica watch out if you look at the kicks he has up now all fakes and hes been doing this for a while ,,,,, will not refund someone help!!!

If the seller does not put in the description that the shoes are fake and he refuses to give you a refund for not mentioning the shoes are replicas, then you can contact eBay and have them deal with the situation because eBay has a money back guarantee. As long as you have solid proof showing that the shoes are fake and that the seller didn't mention that the shoes are replicas, then you will most likely get your money back from eBay. Also, if you paid through PayPal, then you can file a claim through them as well just to be safe.

i agree, how was his description? Did he state they were authentic. If so i would file a claim with pp if you used them if now do a claim with ebay.

and also im passed the time to make a claim he actually dropped them on the release date to make it look even more like they were authentic and taped a raffle ticket on my box lol i didnt notice i got got until about a week ago what can i do i need your guys help getting him off ebay hes making alot of gwap selling madd fakes

Did you pay with paypal? If not....just file a chargeback on your credit card. It's easy to get your money back fam. Even if they were real you could still get your money back...which would be incredibly douchey of you....but still.
