Can you name a better modern (post temptation

)album?

I am not even a big Kelly Fan, but dude brought it. Production, lyrically, vocally. Best R&B album

Confessions, Love Hate , Tp-2.com > R.

If R. compacted all the GREAT songs from that album (We ride, home alone, when a woman fed up, half on a baby etc etc ) it would no doubt be one of KellysElite album but honestly TOO much filler which made the cd boring and sometimes unbearable.

Confessions had "Yeah"

I honestly think Carl Thomas "Emotional" was one of if not thee best R&B album of this decade and would have no qualms putting it up againstanything collective work from Robert

Depends on what you like but I'll take Musiq or Thicke over Kells.

First half of Emotional is flawless; there's a track or 2 I skip on the second half. I actually think Let's Talk About It is better

. I cant mess with She Is; I hate them old R&B beats. But from astandpoint of classic music, you'll forever hear I Wish and Summer Rain. So Much Better was good too. His catalog is impressive. He need to get back on amajor.

I'm a huge Musiq fan. But Kells was basically the KING ofR&B's from the early 90's up until the mid part of this decade. thats about a 15 yr run. SOmething Musiq will never touch and thicke hasntimpressed me thus far yet.

Musiq will be an R&B legend just because he puts out such QUALITY music BUT he will never be near R. Kelly because he has put out QUALITY andQUANTITY. R. Kelly has put out mad CDs of his own and written and produced mad songs for other singers. He's the king of R&B music, look at his statsand you'll see.

Robin Thicke??? Let's be serious, he's irrelevant

Robin Thicke? honestly if he wasn't white I don't think people would sweat him...he's nice but his last album was trash...
