So i was listening to OBFCL and noticed Rae dissedDominicans on the ice water track around the 3:00 mark.
Is there anything behind this or is it just random?

well I was born in 93 so now is when I'm really starting to appreciate 90's rap...


I have heard Dominicans get referenced a lot but it's never in a negative way.


I was just curious I guess. Still gonna go watch him & Ghostface on the 13th

So many veiled darts were thrown in the 90's. Competition was at a fever pitch. Everyone was coming at Big's neck and he was serving _s lovely without ever mentioning their names. Probably where Jay got his ill subliminal game from. 

The crazy s_ about the Wu is how deep and continuous their storylines and characters go. The Wu-World is deeper than Star Wars, they on some Marvel Universe s_. Like that line in Ice Water about sticking up Dominican's that are eating too good in the Heights...Ghost vividly continues that s_ a decade later on 1 of the best story tracks ever...

Some ppl were bothered by Rae's line when this first came out. I didnt think anything of it.

The og intro to CNN's "Stick You" was more disrespectful. But they went back and changed it.
