Random COD Deaths Unappreciation

Was playing a little Hardcore TDM last night, and these off the wall deaths are 

-You creeping around the corner and your teammate looks at you, asks if you have a mic, and then shoots you. 1 away from a predator missile

-You run around a corner and the bullets follow you and the enemy gets a headshot 

-As the game starts, someone on your team throws a flash bang, and the other team shoots an RPG killing 4 of you

-You don't have cold blooded on, you try to get inside to avoid being murked by a harrier, and your teammate is either laying on the floor, so you can't get through, or blocking the door

/rant

Yes, learning curve on COD is not steep at all. Get your hip fire game on track and you'll be alright.

How do i get a Nuke in this game ? Been playing this game since it came out and never got to that 25 in a roll kill streak. The furthest i got is 23 then just when i thought im going to get a nuke some dude knife me or i got blasted
