"Rape by deception" for real??

Read about this on the subway today and I couldn't stop thinking #$* because to be honest, I don't get this.

Long story short, a guy "lied" (they're not even sure yet) about his name and now he's going to jail for that.

I'm not trying to start and kind of problems between race, which will probably come up because of the countries involved, but is this charge for real?

Just wondering what your thoughts were.

Sounds like a bunch of bull**** to me (if I read correctly).If she let the man dive in it without any
form of resistance then it's all legit regardless as to whether he was dishonest about his name or not.One has nothing to do with the other.I know "laws" vary from country to country and all that good stuff,but c'mon now.This is stupid.

This case just shows how ridic the Israel/Palestine conflict is. Can't even tell each other apart, but if you live on the other side of the Gaza strip you are scum to one another. Crazy. Beneath it all we are the same.
