Greg: "So what is this article going to be about?"

Me: "Well, my goal is to humanize you and give people an idea of what the last five years have been like for you. You might not realize it, but you're one of the biggest enigmas in the NBA. Because of your injuries, most fans haven't seen you play. And since you never do interviews, they don't know anything about you off the court either."

Hope he can get back.

it's a damn shame what happened to that blind dog and the friends death thay would not have happened w/ that ticket situation ... the truth behind the messed up wrist ... the injuries ... i mean ... how can you not feel bad for this guy ... clear case of money not buying happiness ...

Buddy of mine said he saw Oden at Cosmo (in Vegas) regularly last summer. Usually just posted up somewhere alone. Seemed very sad.

Things really gone from bad to worse for him in the last 5 years. Hope he gets better.

You can't help but feel sorry for this dude. He seems really depressed. Hopefully he finds his way. I'll be rooting for him.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think I read this on NT, or somewhere else. Wasn't Lamarcus' injury towards the end of the season considered fine by the Portland medical staff, but he didn't trust them so he went to the doctor that either treated him in high school or at Texas and he basically found out Lamarcus' needed surgery?
