I need someone to explain in detail how these are real or fake. And if they are legit, how do you get the terrible creasing out? Btw they have 3m

Look good, all you have to do in order to uncrease is stuff the shoe, put a wet rag, and iron/steam it gently and it will form around the shape of the stuffed toebox.

The 3M is an obvious give away that they're real...however you can also tell by the cut of the suede near the toe box...fake pairs look like this:
