real or fake?

Purchased out of a storage locker, belonging to a former University of Pittsburgh, Cleveland Cavalier, and European league baseketball player.  Is there a chance these can be real?

These look fake, elephant print is not embossed and the jumpman on the tongue should be red for true blues.
