What's crazy is she still has 100% feedback. Although in some auctions she does say, "I'm not sure about authenticity" or"I dont think these are authentic but grea replicas"

That's all she has to do to cover herself. She doesn't guarantee anything ...
However, eBay SHOULD ban her since she is selling ILLEGAL products.

^ How much for your size 9.5 miami's?

Yeah she comes off as someone not knowin what she is selling which is probably why people feel like they are gettin a steal instead of gettin ripped off.

They make think they're covering themselves by saying that, but selling counterfeit goods is against the Ebay terms no matter what. For mycase, the seller originally told me tough luck... but eventually agreed to a refund. Refund never came so I had to PayPal dispute it... and like i said a lilearlier I just got refunded this morning. Anyway, I knew the risks and sure enough it was too good to be true. I was just sharing the pics.

Remember kids...................If it sounds too good to be true......It probably isn't.
Actually, it "is." If it isn't too good to be true it would be true. Sorry for correct grammer, but I'm bored.

have you tried them on? what do they feel like?

and the seller just said tough luck like "yeah I know they're fake and you are not getting any money back"?

The seller said something like "I didn't misrepresent anything... you got what you saw in the picture" but didn't necessarily acknowledgethey were fake. And nope I didn't try em on, but the entire shoe felt flimsy, and the sole was very bendable (compared to stiff real Hyperdunks). Also theflywire sides felt rubbery and tacky... almost sticky.

And once again... the dispute's over and I did indeed get my money back. Thanks yall.

$85 BIN and the pictures looked jacked up and you still purchased?

Am I still getting +#+$ for the purchase? I already explained I knew the risks and I'm not asking for your sympathy.

No, the pictures did not look jacked up to me in the auction. You are seeing pictures I took to exemplify what's wrong with them upon a close inspection. No -- I also had never before seen a fake Hyperdunk before so I would not have even known what to look for (and that's my whole point of my post... tomaybe help someone else out). Actually, the soles with the Tony Parker picture were the biggest picture in the auction, and looked very convincing (even inperson).

Thanks.
I was actually having this same discussion with my co-worker about this.
I said "it is" and he kept telling me "isn't".

Sorry fam, but just look at that price. Common sense

I wrote the price cause someone asked, and now I wish I hadn't because you and 10 other people continue to say "it's commonsense." Well no %+%@... and I've already said I KNEW it was a risk, a gamble, probably too good to be true. For the eleventh billionth time the OP wasto show people that fake Hyperdunks exist and here's how to spot em. I am not asking for your sorries so save it.
