Sold all my J's a few years ago and never looked back. All 50+ pairs have been replaced with mostly Reebok, li Ning, and Converse. Bestt decision you'll make.
LOL...I was thinking of keeping a few that I've always liked, but the majority of them I can part ways with.  How did you go about selling yours? I've sold a few on ebay, but they hit you with so many fees it crazy.

I've been picking up a lot of Reebok pumps and their trainers ( gl series) and have gotten into Asics gel lytes too.

Nike just doesn't really appeal to me any more, except for the new KD 7's they are pretty nice.

90% of them were all on eBay. Some were done on IG and the rest were kinda from eBay via PayPal invoices which saved on the eBay fees.

eBay does hit you with fees, but it's easier because with IG I've gotten SO MANY flakes and kids who lowball. And keep in mind that I don't try to beat people over the head with prices. I've sold SB 8's vnds for 5 bills when they could have gone for much more. I try to be fair, plus stuff sells faster than nickel and dimeing people.

A lot of flakes on eBay too. I've had to relist the same sneakers 3x's because the ppl that won never paid.

I know it happens, I have just been very lucky with my kicks on eBay. In 15 years I've had maybe 3 non paying buyers.

I doubt hes anything but a prop to hit another demograph with retros

I bet If you ask when the bringback coming out he probably would have no idea what you are talking about and would probsbly get offended lol

Remember when ol dude said the white shaq attack was coming out again and it turned out to be either shaqnosis or black shaq attaq :lol

@NK, I think both Mr. & Mrs. Beatz have been quietly dropped from Reebok. I think Reebok overestimated the amount of 'pull' they had with the hip-hop community and youth in general.

@4shotsofhenny, good points and you're right about Gerald Green being the only cat in the league rocking the Attaqs. My gut also tells me that he probably purchased that pair on his own. In my earlier post I spoke about my local Toronto Raptors sporting JB retro product despite being unsigned. Reebok may not have much of a chance with the 1st and 2nd tier NBA athletes but would it hurt 'em to give freebies to the guys in the background doing all the nitty gritty stuff just to promote your brand?

@CFlyness, Reebok thought they could increase the thirst for their retro+ junk by limiting 2 of the most sought after Reebok basketball kicks from the 90s. I think all of the Kami II OG colourways sold well, but they dropped all of 'em so close too each other when they should've spaced them apart and thrown a few GOOD retro+ colourways in the middle. With 4 OG Kami II colourways they could've released one colourway each quarter with some retro+ thrown in the middle. With the Shaq Attaq having only one OG GR colourway - they should've manufactured it in significantly higher quantities and pushed out some GOOD retro+ colourways to be given free to everyone in the league and every major/minor 'rapper'.

I'm pretty sure the Answer III is slated to drop sometime this year but we have no firm date yet - why the lack of information?

If anybody is still looking for them in the ATL area I saw a size 9.5 Brick City ShaqAttaq at the Marshalls on the East West Connector in Austell.  Quality looked good but no box.  They clearance it for $39 so I guess Marshalls only values the box at 99 cents?  lol  If you talk to the manager and let them know they were going for $39.99 with box you may get more off.

I don't think Reebok has any interest in having sponsored athletes in the NBA, as John Wall was shifted over to Adidas a couple of years ago.  I think they have Jameer Nelson and Jason Terry still, but their time in the league is almost over.  I had been hoping they were going to move away for that zigzag style shoe with John Wall's signature, it's too bad his time with the vector was so limited.

Forget about sponsoring the athletes. I'm suggesting that they give as many 'Classics' samples as they can to the players and let 'em rock them on the court.

Somebody's kick game from back in the day that I always admired was Will Smith's. Right here I leave you some pics where he showed Reebok some love!

Will Smith rocking the Reebok Pump OmniZone ll during the 1991 MTV Rock n' Jock basketball game

Will Smith rocking the Reebok Rafter in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Will Smith rocking the Reebok TD Threat in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Will Smith rocking the Reebok Shaqnosis in the ''Men in Black'' Movie

The first 3 pics, he is rocking the Pump OmniZone ll, there was no Lite back in the day, the Lite is a new invention by Reebok.

Same as Dee Brown, he won the Dunk Contest in a pair of Black OmniZone ll's.

Funny, I watched Robin Hood Men in Tights last night, and again loved to see Dave Chappelle rocking the Omni Zone lV.

Many times as I've seen MIB I never noticed he had Shaqs on.  LOL  Good stuff.   That MTV pic brings back memories.  I always say it....90s had the best kicks of any decade.
