Grandparental Tech support is the absolute worst.
My grandmother refuses to cancel her AOL subscription, even though a broadband connection would literally be $3 more a month.
I don't know what's worse... the fact that she's actually paying for AOL, or refuses to pay an extra $3 for something exponentially better.

Put my parents onto video chatting when I bought them their first laptop. Now they Skype and Oovoo with the family from the Philippines everyday.
