Removing Stain?

Not sure if this goes in this forum, but I have a question about cleaning. I just got some new shoes and sprayed it with water repellent. I woke up thismorning to see that the water repellent left yellow stains on the white portions of the shoe.

Anybody know the best way to rid these yellow stains? Or am I just screwed?

What water repellent did you use?
like from Champs or FTL.. cuz if their cleaner damages a new shoe that you purchased from them they will have to give you a new one.
And Try to use sneaker cleaner with a toothbrush.

What materials are the "white portions"? Try not to oversaturate when spraying.

The white portions of the rubber of my Chuck Taylors. I used a multi-purpose water repellent, not the ones from Champs or FL.

I have a bottle of shoe cleaner I got from footlocker about 4 years ago, never really used it till recently and it works well for me but then again once Inotice a mark Ill clean it right away. The cleaner is called Footlocker: Instand Sneaker Cleaner. Im sure your local Nike/shoe store will carrier somethingsimilar to it.
