Everybody in here from any UC or CSU has NO clue what you're talking about. Budget @Cal - not the UC system, JUST Cal - was cut by almost $150 million. Take that "unlimited amounts of bread" somewhere else. Suzzallo Library is almost 100 years old; its not like the state had some extra bread last year to drop on a gothic structure or two.
