never mind I got it.

Long story short, I was putting songs on my ipod and somehow all the album names and track numbers got deleted.
now I've been at this for a couple days now trying to put everything back how it was and I'm nowhere near done.

System restore is only showing one date and that's from this morning at 12:00
I need to go back like 2 or 3 days and it wont show any other dates, I'm using Windows 7 if that helps
