ya'll are forgetting about taxes.
the first thing anyone should do upon making there first mil or two is to hire an accountant.
cuz while that mcmansion may only cost $900,000 and you still have $100,000 to blow, chances are you owe more than $100,000 at the end of it you get your house taken away along with the ferarri that you paid too much for. #wesleysnipes #jarule
