Comics are so damn confusing when you don't follow them on a monthly basis...Didn't the Human Torch die and Spidey became a member of the Fantastic Four?

Ultimate Universe oh well, they probably wanna make Ben Reiley Spiderman again.

Marvel had to spice things up in the 2000's that's why they came out with the Ultimates universe. A great achievement for them imho. Spider-man is dead but he'll be back.

Also I dig that Spidey took Johnny Storms spot on FF. Reminds me of when he had to team up with wolverine, Ghost rider, and the hulk to replace them back in the day.

dvdjammin I agree with you man...Spidey in the regular 616 marvel universe is in everything. I went to my local comic book shop yesterday and he was in san fran with the x-men, he's part of the new FF, he's part of the new avengers team led by Luke Cage, he's got his own comics....dude is everywhere. %%$$ was funny though cuz he's the only one not getting paid to be on the avengers because he won't reveal his identity.
