I don't wear jewelry but exclusively wear fitted hats, doubt I'd ever visit LA. Too many street rules I know nothing about and ain't trying to catch a stray being iggnant..

Maybe because I have my stuff together unlike others.
I'm not gonna go the route and blame his girl for tagging their location. Because it also could have been one of the waffle house workers. But people just need to keep all their movements private. This stunting for the gram is a stupid trend.

Dude from my hood gave it up and they STILL killed him. You give them boys the goods and they still liable to funk you. Insurance or no insurance. Having stuff insured isn’t going to guarantee you being spared….
This dude kept TWO large cubans stacked on his wrists. They ran down on him, followed him into his complex. He even told dudes they could have his jewelry. They chased him down and killed him anyway.
They was really on his ***. Followed dude through the weak *** gate and all. Even messed their whip up a lil bit.
Yo looked like he just came back from grabbing food at 4am. They seen him with all his **** on, and plotted. Wicked.
Gas stations, late night carry outs, casinos & clubs. All late night spots you gotta be really mindful of when you going, what area going, and how you moving.
You missing out, LA is dope. Wearing all that jewelry and looking like $$$ will make you a target/cause problems anywhere you go, got to accept that and be willing to deal with whatever it brings.LA is weird i never been to cali probably never will go i dont see the appeal.
Surprised that being Florida dude didn't have the hammer on him.
With all those nice pieces you have to be aware.
Surprised he didn't peep them when they pulled into the gate behind them.
It's easy for us to say and think carefully on the Internet but it's another thing for real life situations.
I mean how many of us really look and check on what's going on around us like that regularly.

That would be me, no point in going to LA and not hitting up legendary hood spots like Roscoe's. It was a dude on this board who schooled me on how wearing fitted hats and certain colors ain't the move in LA. I didn't want to believe it because I've been to a lotta street areas on the east coast and pretty much avoided trouble.LA/LA County is a huge place, and unless you're going out of your way to certain neighborhoods or presenting yourself in a certain way, you shouldn't be running into problems.
Nobody is worried about what fitted or color you're wearing in areas like Redondo Beach, Torrance, etc. That @#$@ was always overblown unless you tried to look hood and wore multiple red, blue, etc items in certain neighborhoods (even then, that's died down a lot over the past decade)
The most "danger" any oridinary person with common sense should be in is getting harassed by mentally unstable homeless dudes in DTLA

So I was lied to?Bro…just wear a neutral color fitted and go to roscos. It’s not that complicated
If your willing to go to any hood spots, be prepared with what comes with it. That goes for anywhere on this earth.
i don't even know what a neutral color is. Something about Mariner hats being a death with lolI don't wear jewelry but exclusively wear fitted hats, doubt I'd ever visit LA. Too many street rules I know nothing about and ain't trying to catch a stray being iggnant..
Was it you in the other thread? I just brought up the mariners hatfrom experience, aint but 2 hats to stay clear of and that's any Seattle Mariners hat (60s crip) and Houston Astros hat (Hoover). There are others of course like a NY Yankees hat or Texas Rangers but those other 2 are the biggest no-no's. and of course any hat with a giant C or B on it.
no one gonna press you in Studio City, west hollywood type places

Right. But if dudes want roscoes that bad, they have a roscoes in Anaheim. So many locations where you'll be good. Just don't go to the one on main and manchester.Roscoes not even that good tbh, even LA NTers in the food thread told me this when i asked for recs.

****. One of my aunts friends wanted us to take her to where training day was filmed. I was like "the jungles." LOL hell nah. Why?![]()
. It’s a real thing. They got a bus @0:44 second mark.
I think i went to that same 1 with my mother when we visited, unless theres another location on Manchester? I remember it was kinda close to the stadium that was under construction, i dunno was a couple yrs ago. I just remember my mom saying this just kfc and eggo wafflesRight. The hat thing is only a concern if you in hood areas. Dudes shouldn't even be in those areas to begin with. Colors not an issue unless you overdoing it and flamed up from head to toe.
So much to do in LA without going to spots where you'll be a target.
Sometimes out of towners be wanting to do stupid ****. One of my aunts friends wanted us to take her to where training today was filmed. I was like "the jungles." LOL hell nah. Why?![]()
No one bothered us tho but we are regular folks not driving a 6 figure car or wearing tons of gold. Most of the places I went out there no one said much to me. Its about the perception, if you look like you have money and end up in certain places trouble may follow. This applies to anywhere in the world.
