Ripped Off Via Kixify (Possibly)

I ordered some Kilroy 9's on June 27th and they still haven't arrived. In the seller's shipping policy, he states the following: "I try to be in constant contact with the buyer until the package is delivered. You will be notified when shipped and given the tracking number." Now this wouldn't concern me if it weren't for the fact that I haven't received a SINGLE message since the order was placed, despite the fact that I've asked him on numerous occasions whether or not the item has shipped. Not to mention the fact that he received the payment the day after I sent it. So in the event that I did get ripped off, what should I do? Is there anyway to get a refund or am I basically ******?

Go to the transaction details on paypal and click the problem with transaction I'd probably wait few more days though. The past week was the holiday. Seller may be inept rather than trying to scam lol. Either way you'll get your money or shoes eventually. You have like 45 days to file a complaint with a transaction on paypal.
